If you have been asked to have your documents witnessed by a solicitor, you will need to make an appointment with one of our solicitors and your documents must be provided to us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  This appointment will usually take at least one hour.  Following your appointment we will provide you with written advice regarding the documents we have discussed with you.  You will be charged for the time that is spent.  We do not see people without an appointment for this purpose.
