We will ensure that the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) application process is explained to you in simple terms and we will minimise the amount of detail we require from you regarding the event/s to ensure you are not re-traumatised. We will set you at ease in the knowledge that you and your claim are in safe and compassionate hands with our team.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) provides financial assistance to victims of crime in Victoria. You may be eligible to receive a payment in recognition of your pain and suffering to assist you with things noted below. Please note that VOCAT is not able to compensate you for lost or damaged property.
